Since you do not use actual eyes in a dream, your blurred vision likely has nothing to do with your physical life's myopia -- aside, of course, from the possible expectations you may inadvertently be assembling about that myopia.
Images can be blurred in a dream for any number of reasons, but most likely that blurring is coming from your expectations that things will be blurred. So next time you're lucid, I suggest that you do something like, perhaps, putting on your spectacles, or maybe ignoring the blurred imagery and simply assume it to be clear (this second thought works better than it sounds, BTW, at least for me).
Also, you can work during the day to shift your expectations toward clarity. When you do RC's, you might take an extra moment to admire the crispness of the imagery around you -- maybe pick something up and examine its detail, or look to the distance and notice how defined things are, even at a distance (you may, of course, need to be wearing your spectacles when you do this -- sorry!). This way you might train your mind to assume that things are not supposed to be blurred, and that you like to seem images clearly and crisply, thus giving it incentive to clear things up for you in the dream!
