The Ground

The Ground is something that is almost always there in dreams. I sometimes stare at the ground to stabilize the dream. I also recently learned to drop through the ground to move to another location. It seems easier than flying, because when I fly I feel like its going to take time to get there, but dropping through the ground seems more like teleporting or going through a portal.
Maybe we can experiment with the ground more in dreams because its almost always there.

Ooo, I like this, actually. Never once have i thought about using the ground in such a way, It's actually very efficient for transportation, and in the very illogical dream logic, very logical. You can basically be anywhere that there is ground.

How can we use The Ground to experiment with Dream Control?

As one example, a Dream Control Tech that incorporates the ground could simply be becoming one with the ground. Connecting your energy directly with the ground, maybe turn yourself into a tree/rock formation. You would actually feel a lot closer to being dream rather than the one dreaming it. Could become quite useful, i mean, if you feel unstable what better thing than literally grounding yourself into it. I like this idea, and ill be sure to attempt to use it when necessary in my next LD's to come, just to put it to the test.
