      How do I taste?

I've eaten quite a few times in my dreams. (For some reason that's all my brain wants to do" I've had the sense that what I'm eating is really good but it just taste like nothing. I can hardly smell too. any techniques in controlling this?

      Welcome crzy

You need to prove to yourself that you can experience strong smells in dreams. Tasting is mostly smelling.

Find something with a strong smell (perfume, skunk, ect.) in your dreams and smell it. This is to prove to yourself you can experience strong smells in dreams which should make your sense of smell stronger and allow you to taste things.

I really like dolphin's idea of finding strong smells in your dream to start smelling and tasting in dreams. Another thing that you could try is to imagine and to feel what the object will taste/smell like before you bite into it.

It all comes down to expectation. I can taste exquisite dream food, even while non-lucid. You could consider autosuggestion or try eating a little bit of what you would like to taste in the dream while awake and focusing on the taste and manifesting it while in the dream. I would assume that the same trick could work for smell, (though, I, Personally, haven't had much luck with it.)
