LOL, why would you want to induce a nightmare>? |

hoody lucid dreaqming folks. I stumbled on this site a while back and i remember in these forums that someone talked about being able to induce nightmares on yourself and I was wondering if any of you knew how you can do it. One topic that I read said something about taking a sort of vitamin pill, and that his dreams were filled with nightmares. So if any of you could help with this i'd be sure thankful |

my motive is that I am attracted to dark things. Nightmares terrorize people and what better way to entertain myself in my sleep. So yeah... |
|
You could just watch a horror movie before you're going to bed. Also, you could eat a lot before sleeping. Also, take a lot of vitamin B6 and B12. I think that'll work. |

Sure, why not?

hmmmmm.....I'm not sure what you can do prior to sleeping, playing resident evil late at night yielded the best results. but some of my freakiest nightmares were 'created' in a dream versus something I did prior to dreaming |

Just think of bad things, close your eyes and think of a nightmarish place, then start spinning. open your eyes and you might be there. like the post above me said, think of bad places beyond the door and open it and go in. |
