Thread: Whenever I become lucid I can't hold it and end up waking up :(

To reiterate after reading all the posts, the thing that always works is rubbing your hands and if that doesn't work I spin...only problem is that I end up in a different scene. Never really bothers me tho.

Sorry if anyone's said this already (i was too lazy to read all the posts) but I read somewhere the touching your tounge to the top of your mouth.
