Thread: Super senses

I have had a sort of super vision where i could look at an object far away and see it in up close detail.

Thats cool but that can be done in un adjusted senses.
When i say see like a hawk I mean be able to make things out at huge distance with out it being zoomed in.

Indeed, my fav of the five is super tact and smell, controled of course, it can pretty much tell you how and what is moving withouth the need of vision. Like, sensing how is disrupted the smell/feeling of air/etc and therefore predicting location and all that. If I weren't in my current problem I would be doing it <.<

I think it'd be cool to have super-smell. Then you could really appreciate the smell of things you like. I will add that to my list.

I would like to do what Walms said, but, another one that I heard ago sounds rather fun as well.

Basically you can feel your surroundings without literally going up and touching them, as if you were the scenery instead of a mere viewer of said scenery.

As for any super senses that I've experienced, sadly enough, I haven't experienced any super senses at all as I haven't became proficient in lucid dreaming yet.

It wasn't a lucid dream but once I had the famous Spidey Sense that Spiderman has. It was cool because I could see everything that happens about 10 seconds into the future. It was like I saw it happening then I saw what happened before and I just change it around. It's very hard to explain but if you know Spiderman, you'll know what it feels like.

I was seeing through walls once. Cool enough to try again huh.

Sometimes in dreams (lucid and otherwise) I seem to hear people's facial expressions. It's really weird. I hear colors and textures of objects a lot also, and sometimes I can feel them when I see them. It's hard to explain.

in a dream i had recently, i was given sort of a burst of insight. i was sort of able to tell what would happen based off of familiar situations and sights, without being told what would actually happen. that dream i had ended up predicting the future of my friends plans (i can never seem to predict my own future).

Seems to me that ion dreams you experience synithesia. Its where you feels things with senses you normally wouldn't with, like smelling a color or seeing a sound.

Yeah, it's always been a really interesting phenomenon to me. While awake, I seem to subconsciously relate colors, shapes, and facial expressions with sounds, but I actually hear the sounds in dreams.

Well, I'm not sure if this is much of a super sense, but when I breathed I would get ALOT more air in my nose than usual. It was as if my nostrils were as large as elephant ears...

I can get zoom-vision.
