how do you anchor lucid dreams?

well the title says it all

how can you anchor your self in a lucid dream, to feel more "in them" and have them feel more "life like"

lately my LD's have been fairly feeling less...but i can see the dream really well

You haven't tried just rubbing your hands? That's one of the best things to do.

Hmm...then feel something in the dream. That's about all the advice I can give; do something tactile. It should make things more real.

use as many sences as you can in the dream, It forces the dream to become more real and you feel more in it.

What I do, stop moving, close eyes and focus on the body/air, that generally helps me, after that open eyes and its so much fun.
Note, closing eyes may not work, since some people wake when this is done <.<
Creating a new persistent realm, claiming it and breaking the last seal I made back in the beggining of my journey are my goals right now

Someone once recommended scent to me. This makes sense, since sent is one of the most evocative senses. I have not had a chance to try it (I'm just getting back into this) but I hope to.

My most successful method is to stop what I'm doing, stare at my hands, and "will" the rest of the dream (basically everything in my peripheral vision) to come more into focus. After a couple of seconds, I'll look away from my hands, and BOOM - the entire world has solidified around me. Doing this every few minutes (when I can remember to) helps ground me into a dream, which felt like it was fading, for a much longer period of time.
