I draw stuff into existence with my finger, or just think about something and it will appear.

I'd just tell it like a story or say I wish for something.

call its name. simply as that. it sometimes help to point at the direction you want the animal/human/monster to come from, but with that command they will do.

You have to use your specific personal representation system that contains monsters.

Everyone has their own "systems" they've developed over the years. If there is a part of town that whenever you pass through it you get accosted by street punks, then your system is going to associate that location with getting harassed by bad asses. When you dream of that location, you will dream about those punks.

If you want monsters, you have to know which of your systems contain those monsters, and use them. You could use your pre-existing systems, or develop a new one by studying something like demon summoning rituals in RL, then using that system in your dreams.

The more stable and well developed that system is (the better you know it), the more reliable the results will be when you try to use it. If you want monsters, you have to ask yourself where do you expect to see or find monsters, and under what circumstances? Then just focus on those particular circumstances or things.

      You do that too?

Hm, a simple way to bring someone into a dream is find a door, imagine the person on the other side, and open it. That, or find a dark and creepy hallway, then scream at the darkness for a monster to come out. Works like a charm for me.
