When you dream and you're lucid, and its dark outside in your dream, how do you turn it from night to day? I tried what others have suggested about yelling clarity, but i couldn't hardly talk or open or move my mouth. And for some reason, i almost never talk in my dreams, and i almost never talk to dream characters. Does anyone elese experience having trouble talking in their dreams? And if so, how did you overcome it if you did? I hate dreams where its night time outside because its hard to do anything because its hard to see, but i've had a couple of night time dreams where i have gotten lucid. And that when i first joined this forum. |

I used to have that same problem, but the easiest way (for me) is to use telekinesis to make the sun rise. All you have to do is point at the horizon and imagine the sun following the motions of your finger. Move your finger towards the sky and the sun should follow your every move. |

Don't think too much about it. Sometimes lucid dreamers get mental blocks. If this happens, just focus on something else. |

Thanks a lot for the suggestions, if i remember to do these things in my lucids, because most of the times in dreams i forget the things i want to do, but if i remember them i will try these. Like the teleportation and the telekenises, i'm good at telekenises. Pointing at things to make them happen really works well for me, but what about the talking thing, i seem to have trouble talking in my dreams some times, does anyone elese have trouble talking in their dreams? |

Try this out, its a quick and easy fix to the light problem in your dreams. Whenever I become lucid and its darker than usual, I tell my self it must be dark because I'm wearing sunglasses. I take them off and vualla, its clear as day again! |

There is a small difference in intention and expectation in my opinion... But I agree that you might be trying too hard. |

The only measurable difference between the dream world and the regular one is whether the laws of "nature" are consistent in identical experiments.
