Every time I become lucid, it is vague. I instantaneously dart for the craziest thing possible... I heard that in your first few lucids you should do some sort of excersice not muscular but like "getting into it"

I don't know exactly what I should be doing? Are there levels?

Can an experienced person please put in detail what I should do my next lucid (if I ever get one) so I can go about my progress properly.

I'm thinking in my first lucids i get the hang of it and later I do crazy stuff???
