Affection towards DC's that exist

I have made out with a lot of people in my dreams. This generally stems from pure physical attraction that has no filter during dreams. So I even make out with DC's that are versions of real people even though I would never in real life.

Though if I dream specifically about one person, (like the entire dream is based on being in a relationship with that person) my mind fixates on that person in real life which can get really annoying.

Do you think the dreams come from actual feelings I might not be acknowledging? Or is the random nature of my dreams really influencing the way I feel outside?

According to Freud -or perhaps my misinterpretation of Freud- dreams are based on your subconsciousness.
So my call would be, yeah. if you repress feelings of love they'll go to the subconsciousness, and in your dreams you're confronted with it.

Speak with your heart and soul more perhaps.
Or I'm terribly wrong or mistaken, which is actually not a small chance, it is.

I think the feelings for that person could all ready be there or they start to come after you get use to making out with them so it could go both ways

This is all physical attraction though. Like, I have no emotional attraction to them in real life.

I've had dreams like this....
Once I had a dream, it was a random DC, the dream was very long and continuous about a relationship i had with a dc, and the next few days, i still felt that lovey feeling in my heart lol, it soon went away.
but I've also had other dreams, about people who i know in real life, in the dream i am dating them or whatever and for the next few days i seem to be attracted to them in waking life, this goes away too though.
it just proves how strong emotions can be lol

Yup. Same thing. So thankful it does actually go away after a week or so though haha.

On a few occasions, my opinion of certain individuals has changed because of these types of dreams. There was this one girl I was sort of friends with but I didn't really think much of her in regards to forming a relationship with her but after a dream or two, I found myself attracted to her.

Never had dreams like this, but i cant explain it to me... think theres some emotions you supress that show up in your dreams.
imo it has to do with the schemata.
You get horny in your dreams, combine that with something you see in your dream.

Lets say :

You see a bus. You get horny, you combine that with a person you saw in such a bus. you live your hornyness with that person. cake

( but its pretty weird and psycho if you get horny by seeing a bus

Weird? I always get horny when I see buses.
