Birthing Dream Interpretation please.

Ok so I have had another weird dream...They are becoming more and more regular.

This dream was set far before my time I would guess in the 1900's...Myself and another woman were in a hospital I'm not sure why...we were in opposite beds
the woman opposite me I didn't recognise but she was heavily pregnant but I did know her as an enemy of mine, and we were arguing and bickering alot in hospital it was no secret to anyone there that we were enemies.

While the nurses were away this enemy of mine went into labour, she came across the room and whilst we were still arguing and bickering she asked me rudely for help in delivering her baby...and then it all became very graphic and I delivered my enemies baby.

Any ideas what it could mean?

Hmm very interesting dream.

My interpretation would be this--you may be feeling like you have been tricked or obligated into helping a negative person in your life, in spite of the fact that you yourself also need help or attention. The baby may symbolize something like a problem that has multiplied (your enemy's child). That is a somewhat literal approach. The enemy in your dream could also represent a more abstract problem in your life that you feel like you're stuck with OR that a previous issue is being reborn into a new form. The enemy in your dream could also very well represent a part of yourself that you are angry with. I hope that helps.
