Confused?

So I had a dream mainly about a girl in my life. We aren't really together but Have been seeing each other for years. After a few days of thinking about her and out situation I had this dream. I was trying to visit her and I told my family this, my mum proceeded to steal my car and drive it into a lake and told me she did it to stop me from seeing this girl. But somehow she ended up at my house (my house in the dream was different from my real one) and we were kissing and talking and everything was fine. She then told me that she was addicted to drugs and wanted to quit and I told her that I would be there to help her through it all. I walked out of my room and had an argument with my mum about her being there and when I returned I was glad to see she was still in my bed, but on second glance I noticed that there was a guy in my bed with her, I yelled at the both asking her how she could do that to me in my own bed and he climbed out the window, she said sorry and asked me what I wanted her to do and I wrapped my arms around her waist and told her to stay with me. I went to kiss her but felt disgusted thinking about what she had just done with that guy. I then sent her to brush her teeth. I went out into the living room where my sister told me that this girl had left I got in a car and drove down the road to a friends house where she was helping them do gardening. I assumed she was at this house to get drugs. Her and a couple of other friends got in the back of the car and they all encouraged her to leave me and stay at the house I asked her what she wanted to do and she said she wanted to stay. With that I jumped into the back and started punching her in the face, and after a few hits she started punching me back we were both crying and I could actually feel the pain of her punching my face. She looked at me told me not to worry about the bruises on my face she told me she loved me and would stay with me and we returned to the house I looked in the mirror to my face purple and covered in bruises and smiled to myself then I woke up. I hope this dream isn't trying to tell me anything it's really messed up. Any help?
