Thread: Ex girlfriend/suffocation dream?

Okay so before I get to the dream I want to give you guys some back story. A few months ago, my girlfriend who head definitely in love with left me for no reason. I miss her like crazy, and tried for months to get her to come back, but she wouldn't. I still miss her, but Its been months since I've talked to her, and I am trying to move on but I can't help but think of her.

Okay do onto the dream. My ex liked to bake and often went to baking competitions for our school. So the setting for this dream is one of those competitions. My ex was on a team from our school, and I was on a different team, also from our school, even though I've never been to one of these competitions and I don't bake. Also, strangely enough all of my team mates were my closest friends. So the weird part of this dream is that I never actually saw my ex. I would hear her name through out the dream, from either my team mates, the competition announcer, or random people talking about her.

At one point in the dream, there was a completion. I don't remember much of it other than my team mates constantly complaining that my exes team was doing better than us.

All I remember was after the completion, me and my team( keep in mind they were all my closest friends) went to discuss the competition somewhere. We ended up all lying down in a grass lawn somewhere. I was in the middle of all of them. So my team started discussing how they could do better to beat my ex, when suddenly they started fighting, and I mean punching and wrestling. It all happened so fast. The next thing I knew, they were on top of me, almost as if all of them were just piling up. I could almost physically feel the weight, and I couldn't breathe. I started panicking, pinching and punching my friends to get them off me, but I just kept suffocating. When ideas about to black out in the dream, I woke up.

So what are you guys' interpretation of all this? I'd really like to know what my mind is trying to tell me. Dreaming about my ex but never seeing her, and my closest friends suffocating me while fighting.
