SP Panic: Rapid Heartbeat, Feelings of Suffocation...

Every time I try WILDing, I can usually just make it to sp, where my body feels really strange, like moving up and down, vibrations, etc. and I see white. When this happens, however, my heart starts beating really fast, and I feel like I'm suffocating. The panic kicks me out of it, and I end up back where I started. This happened to me three times during an attempt. Any suggestions?

when this happens take calm breaths and say to yourself "im dreaming" keep your eyes closed and just go with it, always works for me, remember nothing can hurt you also dont panick about your heart pounding just calm yourself, enjoy the ride PM me anytime

I've had this problem before. In my experience, this isn't SP. Or at least you are too awake. Whenever I'm in SP, I'm usually so relaxed I miss a lot of stuff, then kind of "wake up" in the dream. Anyways the only time I have that problem is when I LD before any sleep and I've gotten really good at it

The heartbeat you're experiencing isn't your true heartbeat - it's a very common hallucination to feel like your heart is racing a million beats a minute and to be able to hear it so clearly in your ears. It's nothing to worry about - if you had a heartbeat monitor attached you'd find your heartbeat actually stays completely stable. Stay calm, continue to breathe and try and keep going through the transition into a WILD

I know the problem but it's still quite annoying, especially if having a cardiac dysrhythmia, because it feels much the same.
