      No Dreaming, or just the matter of recalling it? *more to the Q than it seems*

      My question is, does everybody dream every single night?
      or is it just the matter or recalling the dream?
      ive been into lucid dreaming for a about 8 days now, and my recall has really improved.

      its that a couple of years ago, someone very wise and spiritual (not sure about dreaming), told me that, if you don't remember your dream at all , it mean that your mind is at complete rest and there is no thinking going on.

      Is this true, or any thoughts on that?

      I tell you there's always thinking. Even when you close your eyes, your mind starts making images. Which is not what you want when you're meditating. When you meditate you can shut those images off and concentrate on a clear mind. but in dreaming, you're not able to shut them off. your mind just thinks and thinks.
      But so, you can see how it's that we always dream.
      I'm sure. cause i wake up sometimes, i can't recall but i know that i had exciting dreams
