For those who watched Hangover Part II...

There is a part where they are meditating, and Alan manages to recall part of the night. Is there an actual meditation that allows people to recall forgotten memories like that? And if there is, can it be used for dream recall?

There aren't really 'types' of meditation, only different techniques and methods to reach this tranquil state of mind. Sometimes meditating right after I wake up when the dream fragments are still fresh can help me fill in the gaps, but a whole 24 hours later from a drunken stupor like Alan did is probably not as realistic haha.
Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.

1 in 5 children online get eaten by wild bears. And you didn't even know bears could type.
