      Recall Tips?

      I have not been DJ'ing (or even trying to LD for that matter) for a few weeks, and I need some new techniques or processes to hit the ground running, and towards another lucid dream soon. If anyone has any good recall processes/techniques, I would like to know.

      Take vitamin B6! I always wake up after most dreams, which definitely helps for recall, since it is always fresh on my mind.
