If you do an induction process for relaxing your body before you go to sleep. Then when you get to the end of it tell yourself to remember what happens. Around the same time that you tell yourself to wake in the dream. Pre hypnotic suggestion. |

I can't seem to remember anything sometimes when I wake up :/ Sometimes I only remember fragments of the last dream :/ I can't write a dj as I don't remember anything |

Not good myself - but what helps me is lying completely still and leave my eyes closed directly after waking up and recapitulating what I got. |

If you don't remember anything and can't keep a night journal, then keep a day journal and when you wake and don't remember anything, go through that previous day and whatever feelings you had from the dream. Try to connect. Then when you get some recall, just switch to the day journal. |

Okay , I think my problem is that my memories get jumbled when many elements of a dream are similar to previous dreams or life experiences . For eg. lets say I am addicted to a game and I dream myself as the character of the game , I am then unable to seprate my dream experience , visualizations while meditating and the real life experience . What do I do then? |
