sleep schedule problems

Hello, I've been trying to improve my sleep schedule and dont normally have to wake up until 8 or 9am. However, I always have to work 6am sat, and dont know what to do. If I'm supposed to wake up t the same time each day, do I have to include sat and wake up every day as if I have to work sat at 6, or not? thanks.

Well, I don't really think a slight change like that would heavily affect recall. I don't really know much about sleep schedules and its effects, but 2 hour difference doesn't seem like much. I think you should just make sure to make up those hours by going to sleep earlier on friday night
