      Question about recall??

      Hello,
I guess this would be a question about recal.

Every morning when I wake up I can recall that I have dreamed and recall a few fragments (very few) but not the whole dream or enough to help jog my memory as to what I had dreamed. I would try to write the dream down as soon as I woke up, but the dream is already mostly gone before I can do this. I also have on average 3-4 reams a night.

So my question is, is there anything that can help me remember my whole dream or at least more of my dream to write down?

Thank you for reading and any help

      DG

Auto-suggestion has been known to help. Here, check out an associated thread made by yours truly:

I have to agree with the auto-suggestion. If I just say to hell with it before I go to sleep, my dream recall is usually a lot worse.

Another thing I've found works surprisingly often, is just laying back in different postitions and close your eyes for a bit. More often than not, this brings new dream fragments to the surface, and you have a little more to hold on to.
At least I got a good wine.
