      Experts at dream recall?

      My recall is pretty bad, and I wanted tips from people that have amazing dream recall. Basically (if I ever get this far), my goal is to remember dreams just as clearly as waking life. I know it's possible- there must be some users that have that level of dream recall. So if you do, please reply to this post with tips for attaining that level.

      Get a dream journal if you've not got one already. Write an affirmation down saying 'I [will/do] remember dreams in clear detail, say this 3 or more time to yourself before you sleep as well. Get a voice activated voice recorder that can convert speech to text so you don't have to move to get a pen etc. If you don't have or want to buy one, talk to yourself as you write things down. Before you go to bed, visualise yourself writing lots of dream down.
      Try these all out, hope it works for you.

      Hi momoshun,
      I could recall 2-3 dreams per night when I arrived at Dreamviews just 3 weeks ago. When I arrived here I found this DJ entry of this guy who recalled 7 dreams in one night and I decided I wasn't doing good enough.
      Since then, almost automatically I increased dream recall to 7, 8 and now a steady 9-10 per night. I also know that I have many more but of those I just have a vague feeling and can't remember any details.
      Basically what I did was to increase my determination and my mind started waking up naturally several times during the night, allowing me to record my dreams. I don't think I would remember them all in the morning - I'm not there yet - but this system I have is pretty good.
      I didn't do anything else, really, I just made up my mind I would recall more and I started waking up more times. It was some kind of programming of the brain, but I can't explain exactly how it happened, just wish it fervently!

      Hey...
      Well,get a dream journal...perhaps if you're a MILDer create an autosuggestion to help you recall...
      You could wake up in the middle of the night and write down your dreams...As well as waking up earlier than usual...
      At one point my dream recall used to be 8 dreams per night..
      Now my recall,is f.ed up...
