Hey everyone. I've not been able to remember any dreams in 6 days STRAIGHT! It's really aggravating. I've tried staying still, trying to remember what I did last, etc. I've not been able to remember any. Does any one know why this happens? Will my dream recall grow overtime? |

Oh, I hate it when I can't remember dreams. Even one night is upsetting to me, because it could mean I missed a lucid dream. |

What do you do before you sleep to help your recall? Do you repeat any mantras or something? Thats what I do, I repeat "I will remember my dreams tonight." out loud for a bit then as im falling asleep I do it in my head. Im also recording my dreams on my phone rather than paper and then posting it on my DJ here at DV. If you dont repeat any mantras or have a DJ here on the forum id recommend both. |
