Thanks kromoh gd work the second one u posted is closer to the size im at now lost about 7 stone 3 lbs which is like 103lbs. Piled it on after an operation and took serious work to get it off, has def changed my life, seeing pics of me in my wedding dress closer to my current size def made me smile today so thanks guys

07-15-2008 03:22 PM #668Yeah i did weighwatchers, i had a big op which limited exercise for quite some time, tried a few different things but most of the diets out there are barbaric and really bad for you. I went on the points system can eat whatever i want just in moderation, and half the time i have points left over which i didnt even need, its the one diet i tried that you never get hungry on, i feel like i never stop eating but the weight continues to fall off.
