      Hello!
      Lucidity cures dream somnambulism
You're waiting for a train... the train that will take you far away
You know where you hope this train will take you... but you can't know for sure

Ok. I've only just looked at the chat log therefore haven't been recording what I've been doing before bed. But I did record my dreams.
      So here they are.
      9/23/10
I am in some sort of competition with a man who has brown skin.
I had more but I woke up and stayed for too long in bed trying to recall the dream and went back to sleep again.
      9/24/10
I go out with a black girl. But my parents don't approve. I think she wore a light blue top. And I see her in a mall. I saw nothing else.
Again I'm sure the dream was longer but the same thing as yesterday happened.
I will put my dream journal nearer to myself that way it will be easier for me to take down the dreams.

And last night. At first I relaxed the muscles in my body. And stayed in the "lying on my back" position. I said to myself, " I will recognize my dream signs and lucid dream." Tonight I will say I lucid dream as you said in the log though. I was not very tired and it took a while. I also imagined that I did RC in my classroom which is my dream sign.
I even felt vibrations at one point. It wasn't very strong but I am not sure if I was imagining it or not.
Then I woke up. Had trouble getting back to sleep so I just got up and did some homework.

Vibrations huh? That is a very good sign, well done!

Try to keep focused as much as possible, specially before falling asleep!

Last night I wasn't even trying to have a MILD but I had a lucid dream, I think.
I am sleeping in either an apartment in a tall building or in a hospital bedroom. I see green curtains and cool air is blowing in through the window which is wide open. I wake up and do a reality check. I do many reality checks in this dream. About three nose pinches and one gravity check. And also stabilized by rubbing my hands together.
I see colored balloons briefly. And they have writing on them. They are floating in front of a blue background. There is a red and a green balloon and possibly a blue one.
I am walking in a mall at B-2. It is dark or very dimly lid. I see people vaguely walking around. They look a bit like zombies.
I am still wondering if I had a lucid dream or not so I try to fly (thought: because I can't do that in real life). And I see a picture of myself flapping my wings like a duck. Again I see myself against a blue background. And I am not wearing clothes.
I ask some guys if I'm dreaming. There are about three people. There is one old man. They say that I am not dreaming. Then I say, "so I've been doing all these things awake?"

Note: the dream felt very normal.

      Second dream:
I go to have a shower at a neighbors place. The house is my old host family's house and I am seeing it from the car park. I see myself having a shower through the bathroom window. The bathroom has dim orange lighting. When the neighbor comes back, I rush out.

      Third dream:
Me, my parents and my sister are in the country side in Thailand. We are in the Toyota van and the road ahead is dirt with tall grass to both sides. My sister is biking in front of the van. Then my parents decide to bike as well and leave me to drive in this manual car and I can't drive manuals. I come to a river nonetheless. There is no bridge but a kind of bamboo construction that one could climb on in order to get across the bridge. Somehow I manage to get the van on that and in order to get on different levels of the bamboos I have this red tape that I shoot to the next level and the car magically appears there. Cool!

What I did before bed: I was on dreamviews then I went to bed quite tired. Didn't say the mantra, I lucid dream for long before I fell asleep. I also imagined an instance of lucidity.
