      Yeah, I try. But my movement is limited. In that nightmare specifically, my arms are restricted, and I have become lucid in one of them but I still couldn't do anything, and when I focused my energy of breaking through the grasps of the ghost-thing, I wake up.
      No recall today. I had a pretty interesting dream but I forgot it after I got through the day.

      Try linear acceleration!
      I know people who use it in dreams where their body is limited. Just fly forward as fast as you can, and stop when you are in a different setting, or place. Also, make sure to RC right after you stop flying, even if you think it's not a dream anymore.
