Thoughts during the day: Alot about Lucid Dreaming, will I get another one soon? How often should I set the alarm off during the morning. Should I focus on recall or just sleep as much as I can? What if B6 vitamin makes me dependant on them, and I can't recall without them? Perhaps I should rebound my REM more often than once a week...

Some about my future, since I have to start studying. Not sure it's worth studying 4 years to get like 1000€ a month less. But if I can't do much about it, I might aswell deal with it, but this always give me some anxiety. Crappy stupid wrist injuries!

I wonder how long I can keep up meditating... I have to start doing that soon. Will try to do it tomorrow!

5 minutes before bed: Reading fantasy for 20 minutes.
5 minutes after bed: I clear my mind using the chest technique. Actually works pretty well! Only the strongest
emotions are left behind if I allow myself to think of them. I then chant "I lucid dream" for a few minutes until I lose focus...

I usually fall asleep very quickly, and don't dwell on things to come the next day or what's happened during the day.
Only if I'm going to work, that might disturb my sleep, making me wake up a few times during the morning to make sure
I haven't overslept.
