Wednesday 13th of October

Thoughts during the day: A happy day, with few thoughts. I just focused on what I was doing at the time, and didn't worry too much about the future.

5 minutes before bed: Meditating
5 minutes after bed: Meditating

Tried to meditate for 20 minutes last night, but I only got to 13-14 before I fell asleep on the shakti mat. My girlfriend awoke me and told me she wanted to read, but I just wanted to sleep. We got in an argument and I ended up being angry. But we made up before we fell asleep. I don't know why I snapped at her really, but I think it was because I just wanted to sleep and I was soooo tired! Still looking for more motivation to start focusing 100% again. Will watch some dream movies later on.
