Thanks for posting in your workbook thread! I hope that I'll be able to teach everyone well during my meditation class, and provide answers to any questions you might have. |

I can't wait for this one. I've been wanting to learn meditation for a while but have no idea how. I also want to know how this will help my lucid dreaming. can't wait for class to start. I've never said that before unless it had to do with a field trip. but there is so much to learn about this new subject known as meditation. this is now my workbook. |

so I meditated for the first time right before going to sleep. there's not a lot of quiet time in the house I live. It was void meditation. it was very relaxing. I was actually angry and then when I did this I cooled down. I'm going to keep practicing it before I try focal meditation. I had better recall too. but didn't write anything down. |

It's good that you remembered to meditate when you felt angry, because meditation helps you to relax and calm your mind down. With regard to better recall, you should still write your dreams down, because meditation isn't a substitute for keeping your dream journal if you want to build up your recall. It only provides better recall if you already keep your recall up to a good standard by writing/typing your dreams into a journal. |
