Well, I'll dig up some more, just for Ophelia ('cuz she's sexy):

Ben Folds- Zak and Sara, Fred Jones part 2
      Low Millions- Eleanor
      MxPx- Invitation to Understanding
      Supertramp- Goodbye Stranger
Bright Eyes- At the Bottom of Everything
Great Big Sea- The Night Pat Murphy Died

And for any of you that haven't checked out Ophelia's music on her blog: DO IT! DO IT NOW! Seriously, good stuff. Like, all of it. Yay for musically inclined DV members!

      Dies Irae from Mozart's requiem

It wields enormous power, and the lyrics are incredible.

Day of wrath and day of mourning
      David's word with Sibyl's blending
Heaven and earth in ashes burning.
Oh what fear man's bosom rendeth
when from heaven the Judge decendeth
      On whose sentence all dependeth
Death is struck and nature quaking
      All creation is awaking
to its Judge an answer making

If you think it's worth a listen, just PM me and i'll send it to you.

Crumbs, i was listening to Daft punk the other day, and thinking about downloading it!
And breaking the habit, great song.
I like that one by Muse as well...but i like the other one, 'Time is running out' i think that's what it's called.

Ray Charles-I got a woman. Reminds me of a 'date' in a jazz cafe...very nice!

Just thought I'd add, that Radiohead song, "No Surprises" kicks butt. One of my favorites by them...

Anyway, I'm not a Linkin Park fan, and I can't say I like the Gorrilaz either, but Muse has had one or two good songs.

      Currently listening to:
      Lit- Addicted
      Eve 6- Saturday Night
      The Pillows- Juliet
      Weezer- Perfect Situation
      Harvey Dangers- Flagpole Sitta
Talking Heads- Once In A Lifetime
Franz Ferdinand- Evil and a Heathen
Green Day- All of the Warning CD, but esp. Church On Sunday, Warning, Misery, Minority, Waiting and Castaway.

It is very difficult for me to say what my favorite song is. It is hard to even name a mere ten that might tie. But I will list a few of my favorite songs by my four favorite musical acts...

      -Hello-Goodbye

      -Young Girl Sunday Blues
-The Ballad of You and Me and Pooneil
      -Martha
      -Crown of Creation
      -Greasy Heart
      -Two Heads

      Fleetwood Mac
      -Rhiannon
      -Say You Love Me
      -Landslide
      -Over My Head
      -Dreams

The next musical acts to mention would be Cream, Traffic, and Pink Floyd. I have lots of other favorite songs, but I should stop here out of politeness.
How do you know you are not dreaming right now?

Arietta from Grieg's book of lyric pieces

It's nice; a lot of emotion in a small piece of music.

I heard the Bob Dylan version online the other day. 'Twas pretty good, but the highlight music pieces I found were:

I've Got a Lovely Piece of Lovely Crumpet in My Pocket by Rube Woddul
      Cool Mexicans by Orange

A lot of the music from final fantasy games is nice, they aren't songs but their worth hearing.

      Bon jovi, bed of roses.
Thin lizzy, whiskey in the jar, emerald(my favourite song ever)
Iron Maiden, infinite dreams, paschandale. If your a metal fan like me, get as much Iron Maiden as possible .
      Velvet Revolver, falling to peices.
Queen, don't stop me now, Bohemian Rhapsody.
Recent Dream journal note : I was swallowed by some kind of sea-snake thing
