Just skimmed through it and it seems rather cool. |

Just read an article on this today. Sounds interesting and fairly promising. But I dunno, for some reason I find myself a little skeptical. Reminds me a lot of that oldschool "Sega Channel" they used to have. |

Very interesting. I can see something like this getting big in the future when we all have awesome connections. It isn't going to make consoles go obsolete any time soon though seeing as that isn't true. I do have a pretty good connection, I might have to give this a test drive. The beauty of a console is that you don't need an internet connection at all to play them. |

Surrender your flesh. We demand it.
From what I understand this system is not like steam at all. The games are actually run on OnLive's servers, then it streams the "screen" of the game to your computer. So basically you just need a fast internet connection and a computer fast enough to watch video. Which means I guess you could play Crysis on your Pentium III. |

One word. Worldcom. Nuff said. |

Things are not as they seem
Yeah, I just read about this a couple days ago: I'm intrigued to see how it turns out. If it works, that'd be great- I have a good internet connection but not the best computer. Do you have to install the games in any way? |
|
This will never work, it's just not possible with today's technology, |
|
isnt there an artical in the new gameinformer about this? |
|
That's what they want you to think. Plus, they tested it on LAN, only 50 miles away. There's no way to prove it's real, it's probably a scam to get investors. |
|
well as long as it works, im good. its gonna be badass if it does |
|
I have a dream...
I read about this in game informer that other day. |
