'What is war?...In a short sentence it may be summed up to be the combination and concentration of all the horrors, atrocities, crimes, and sufferings of which human nature on this globe is capable' - John Bright
Point? It wasn't directed to me so I can't see the utter stupidity in it? |
|
The utter stupidity in asking what someone took away from a subjective experience? One that is unique to their own perceptions and theories apparently centered around an engaging movie experience? Please, I actually value the insights of Philosopher even though I disagree with him on many occasions. You on the other hand can keep your opinions to yourself because I don't really wish to see them. Go troll facebook groups. |

One could only assume your post was a loaded question. |
|
To be fair, the way that question was asked made it seem as if you were genuinely unaware and you needed help. Something like "What did you take away from the film?" on the other hand, would have made it clear that you were only interested in PhiosopherStoned's thoughts. The quote isn't exactly direct enough, it's likely that people would assume you quoted it simply to address what was quoted rather than whom. |

haha. I believe the same way that one does not think of something. |

Tommo, you're insanely paranoid. You need to relax. |

How did you get that from my posts? |

"he's trying to make out as if his question was just to get PS's subjective opinion." |

I've seen the movie and I don't know what points it addresses about society. |

youve all gotten off subject. please return to talking about me. enough of your droning on and on about nothing. please address my opening statement. |

wtf, dude. This is your first reply here. There were many responses given to what now appears to be a masturbatory bitch-fest of yours, none of which you responded to at the time. Now is not a good time for you to come in and complain about the new direction that was taken in your absence. |
