George Bush was a thug. Large shareholders in oil companies are thugs. Some kid on the street hustling twenty sacks is not a thug. Do you know what the "gang" signs meant. You admitted that his writing was incomprehensible so I wont even ask you about that. Do you have any evidence that he behaved in such a manner as to intentionally harm or intimidate a fellow human being? If not then you shouldn't call him a thug.
