Uh, let's siphon fucking 1/10th of what we're spending on this POINTLESS FUCKING OCCUPATION and put it towards health care. There, problem fucking solved. You have a problem with your taxes going towards HEALING PEOPLE, but you don't fucking care that it's going towards KILLING OTHERS right now?

Lets take another 1/10th and put it towards affordable housing for people who are LIVING IN FUCKING CARS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN FEEDING THEIR KID OR PUTTING A FUCKING ROOF OVER THEIR HEADS!

Lets take yet another 1/10th and put it towards grants for scientists to perfect reusable energy sources such as Hydrogen, Solar Power or others INSTEAD of RELYING ON FOREIGN FUCKING OIL, A COMMODITY THAT IS DISA-FUCKING-PPEARING EVERY DAY! And ruining the planet while it makes 10 FAT CATS IN A SMOKY ROOM RICHER AND FUCKING RICHER EVERY DAY.

Ellis, the war in Iraq is far from pointless. See other threads for my zillions of pages of explanations. We need to be very careful about how far we let the government get into the health care system. Capitalism is what makes our system so good and our research so effective. We have to protect that situation, and I can assure you that what Hillary Clinton is talking about right now is only the surface of her plans. She had a much more sinister health care scheme in the mid-90's, and she is talking much more softball stuff now so she can get elected. The bitch wants to turn the entire country into a socialist state, and she will go as far as she possibly can with that if she is elected.

I don't like Clinton's or Obama's plans, I just think it's stupid to complain that someone wants to help keep their country healthy but be blindly for the war. I'm just saying where the money can be better spent, it's in no way socialism because the money's already out there.

I'm just saying the government should be kept away from the healthcare system in the way that a vicious dog should be kept away from a child. The talk might not be about socialism now, but it could slip toward it in a hurry if we are not careful.
