Just a question that came to me earlier today. Let's just pretend I was the richest man in the world and a mad scientist. I have my own uncharted island as well, outside of any government.

Let's say I have a space shuttle-like rocket built (keep in mind I'm rich). Now of course government officials will recognize me as a threat to national security. What extent can other governments do to stop me? If they can stop me what would they do?
