Effeminate vs Homosexual

I'm splitting this off to preserve the mother thread He's gay. Lol. I heard it right away after the first word he left his mouth. To me it's always been a mystery how all gay people all over the world talk the same way. How is this possible? Also their bodylanguage is the exact same thing... it amazes me. Does anyone have an explanation for this? The man in the video is effeminate, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's gay; they're two distinct qualities that often but not always coincide. I know several men that exhibit only one and not the other--effeminate straight men and butch gay dudes. Effeminate affect is a fascinating phenomenon, moreso because it correlates only somewhat strongly with orientation.
