      Secret Laws Passed Through Bail-out

      http://www.fourwinds10.com/siterun_d...p?q=1223087364

But, these reports warn, the two most chilling measures put into this new law are titled “Section 511 "Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008” and “TITLE II-SPECIAL PROJECTS ON FEDERAL LAND Section 201”.
The new mental health provisions contained in these new laws allows the United States to label dissident citizens as being ‘mentally ill’, and the ‘Special Projects’ section allows for the reimbursement to US cities and counties for the building of concentration camps for these mentally ill dissidents.
      Here's my theory:

Foreign investors are going to purchase all of our industries. Then, they will send paramilitary to protect these industries. Then, when people resist they'll be thrown in mental institutions.

You should try to actually read instead of just taking some extremists word for it.

sec. 511 is about health insurance and group benefit plans and changes some of the requirements pertaining to 'mental health benefits' putting them on equal footing with other benefits such as surgery. It has nothing to do with the government branding people as mentally ill.

Title II, sec. 201 is about the procedures for proposing wildlife conservation projects that use federal land. You know, things like summer camps, wildlife refuges, nature trails...etc.

Perhaps I've misinterpreted them though, and so you can feel free to actually read them yourself, and explain to me why they actually mean what you are trying to describe.

Okay, why are these added into a bail out plan that was 3 pages long and then extended to over 400 pages? I know its horrible to say, but usually I can't understand bills because they're put in legal terms and I need a lawyer to tell me what they're actually saying or what the bill means.

Same reason people making Windows utilize programming languages the average user doesn't understand. You don't need to know C to use a computer, but if you want to change how it operates that's somewhat essential.

Legal speak is the programming code of governance. You certainly can learn it, but that takes time and effort. Or you can look to a trustworthy interpreter that knows it and then puts it into plain English for you. Generally, that's what newspapers and the media are for.

Why do they do it that way? It's actually the least complicated way of doing things. The problem is that understanding the full extent of the bills requires contextual knowledge of the current system and of the other laws that are being referenced and amended. I don't find the legalspeak to be too challenging, really. Reading through parts of this bill, most of it is in fairly plain English, and what few terms trip me up require little more than a quick reference look up. Now, understanding how the legal framework is turned into its realized form is another thing altogether.

Yeah, thanks, I hadn't read my own post.

When did I call the actual news media trustworthy? I do recall only speaking in generalities. You see, all those letters in between your bolded parts... they mean things too

Your post isn't really something that can be misinterpreted. You clearly said that the media is generally trustworthy.
