There is (and has been) a growing consensus that disclosure is coming - relatively soon. (Which, yes, could be just another whackjob theory. I'm just saying.) I don't believe we have much reason to doubt the existence of ETs (the whole "if they were here, we would know by now" ideology seems more like arrogant drivel than comprehensive rationality, to me), but I'm also not convinced that they do, so I'm reserving judgment. I just watch all of this kinda stuff with a patient curiosity, waiting to see if we finally do get this disclosure of the true, (US) governmental stance on alien contact.

      Interesting video, though.

I've seen stuff in the air that was of either alien or top secret government origin. It could not have possibly been anything else. I think it's interesting that a lot of sightings happen near major military bases. Since so many people have seen this stuff and think it might be government built, the government might have have an interest in making us think aliens are here.

      12,000,000,000 vs. 6000

The older it is, the more logical-WRONG

4.5 billion years. Billions less is wrong, and billions more is wrong.

Oh I'm sorry. I forgot about that detail. Stilllllll......

      4,500,000,000 VS. 6000

I think both are about as logical. Two extremes.

To extremes? Maybe for you perspective, but 4.5 billion years seems about.. realistic. But seriously, how can you ignore infallible evidence of the Earth's age, which is 4.5 billion years.

I'm beginning to suspect that the only place you post on topic is in your own threads; and sometimes not even there.

For the record, I think that the earth being visited by extra-terrestrial organisms is orders of magnitude more plausible than the earth being 6000 years old.

My apologies to the OP for insinuating otherwise. It's just that with a lack of more information, there's not much more to say.

I think I do generally post on topic though, or at least wait for the topic to evolve. It's a bit inaccurate to suggest otherwise. My mind has at least three tracks

Even if there was actual proof of alien lifeforms, it would still be subjected to skepticism, because too many people have "cried wolf" about it. Obviously, if the ETs are real, they don't have an interest in contacting humans.

Personally, I feel that it is very naive and ignorant to believe that in our unimaginably vast universe there is no extraterrestrial life. Believing that we have contact with them is different, I do, but I suppose I can understand someone being skeptical about it.
