Hello everyone - well i dont want to waste your time so i will like to jump right into this . I was interested in Lucid dreaming for almost a year now. I got to the point were i know im dreaming every night ( My sleeping is messed up and i like never sleep anymore but when i do ) I had some lucid ones and i always remember them but never write them down ( i only wrote like two down ) Today i picked up a journal and im ready for my lucid dreaming adventure to start anew. But - of course i know 1/4 of this websites members now probably consist of Inception fans. I have a question - i have constructed a paper mershay version of a city - in some detail and im now curious if i should have a ( totem ) in my pocket while i sleep to check if im really sleeping - i belieave if you sleep with something like a watch - its in your dream - well If i study what i made and have it next to me when i sleep - will my setting be this city? or would i have to dream spin to get it like that. What are your thoughts? Could you DESIGN your LUCID world - In your REAL world? Please tell me your feed back please...
