Hello, Emaremare. Welcome back!
Don't be too alarmed. What you're talking about is called hypnopompia. These are just fleeting - often jarring - images and sounds that flit through your head, in the half-awake state, after you've been asleep. This happens often when we fall asleep, too, which is called hypnagogia. The best thing for you to do, when it happens, is relax. Realize that you are simply having half-dreams, and think about positive things. The worst thing you can do is freak yourself out. A lot of times, people will wake up in the middle of sleep paralysis, along with hypnopompia, and they can have visions of people or "things" that might be really scary, when coupled with the feeling of being unable to move. If this ever happens, just relax, clear your mind, and try to float back to sleep.
Here's a link to some more information on it, should you need it:

Hope this helps!
