So Ive started keeping a dream journal since last friday, and that friday I recorded 4 dreams. The next night I only recalled a couple (I had bad sleep) and last night I recalled 5 dreams in my journal, plus I can remember 2-3 dream fragments that I didnt think were important enough to write down. Since coming onto this site Ive been reading posts were people are getting excited about remembering 2 dreams or saying "Ive finally made it to 4 dream recall!!" which made me question whether or not Im lucky to have recalled so much dreams after having just started keeping a journal. |

It's not abnormal. If you want to improve even more then I recommend you sleep with a cheap digital recorder (with easy to use buttons in the dark), and start taking galantamine. |
