OK,Ive become really good in lucid dreaming withing the past 3-5 months?
Anyway,when i first tried to learn lucid dreaming,i searched the internet trying to find some tips and techniques on the subject,the one that BEST worked for me was the technique where you MEDITATE before you take a nap or when you go to bed at night.
With this technique within the first 3 days i started to have more dreams and,by the first week i was becoming lucid.This is the technique i used for the WILD method.Sometimes it goes MILD,because when i start to dream sometimes i dont know it until im in the middle of the dream,but most of the time I know it.As time pass and you keep practicing,it will be like a second nature,Ive also went on a 2 week lucid dreaming streak with this method
