First things first. Make sure you're WILDing after sleeping for a few hours. If you succeed a WILD before getting any sleep, the dream will be very short, unstable and take forever if at all to start.
Secondly, you are ALLOWED to swallow your saliva. You are ALLOWED to breathe. Those movements that occur during sleep are allowed and will not affect your WILD. At least, not in my experience. Just don't move your limbs and be TOTALLY relaxed. Empty your mind of most thoughts, except for your anchor (which should only require very slight awareness).
Last thing which is a mistake many new WILDers make. Be sure to actually have intentions of falling asleep as you WILD, while retaining only an inkling of consciousness. If you are totally aware, your body will usually not fall asleep. I made this mistake and wasted a lot of precious rest time just being totally aware. It's more than just staying still and keeping your eyes closed. To dream, you actually have to be asleep
Happy WILDing!
