Unhappy I feel separated from my own DC.

In my dreams I feel very separated from my own dream. Like I'm just a spectator of it. I realized I was dreaming last night, but I was so separated from the actual dream, not even been my own dream character, I just woke up.

Can you spare any advice or help?

It's normal to feel somewhat detached from your dreams. Just work on integrating yourself into the dream. You have the ability to control your dreams, you just need to use it.

Happens to me too. I think the solution is to become even more attached in your daily life.

How long have you been keeping a dream journal? I find that after you dream journal for a time, you feel more attached to your dream body. gl ~
