Dreamviews, I love you long time. I think this is a great educational establishment. I was attempting a lucid face-up for the first time and I started to go into sleep paralysis. Maybe I was going to have a successful WILD but something much more surprising happened. I heard a clicking sound like someone smashing two bricks together.

Still paralyzed but familiar with the sound I realized that I was doing something with my teeth in a subconscious, rhythmic motion. I have bruxism! WILD had helped me discover it!

"So this kid grinds his teeth together. Big deal?" Yes it is a great big deal to me. My jaw has developed into a way that looks ugly and stupid, and my jowel muscle is abnormal looking kind of like a Bull Mastiff. I have been feeling very bad about it and even specialists have not told me the reason why.

Now I know why it is, hypertrophy - the muscles in my face growing irregularly from all of the extra work. I can finally take a step in the right direction, I can finally be attractive again. Praise the atheist god of luck, praise dreamviews, praise be.

I clench my jaw when I sleep. My fiancee clicks her teeth together. Almost everyone I know wears a mouth guard when they sleep. I'm glad you caught this in time to treat it.

I actually sleep on my right side most often, as if I sleep on my left I face the wall. Over the years my jaw has gone a little over to the right, so now I'm starting to try and sleep on my left.
