      Talk about dreaming, stay motivated.

Hiya, I'm Matt for those of you who who don't know me, (probably almost everyone) and I found that just having a good conversation with someone about dreaming in general is a good method for staying motivated. So feel free to ask questions, discuss your dreams- old or new- or anything about dreaming, and expect a level headed response within the day. So, here's hoping that we all stay motivated!

Hi there my friend. This article of yours is indeed right. A person often engaging in a discussion related to REM Seep(dreams) are most likely to have increase dream recall because of the discussion being able to influence the person's thought hence affecting the probability of increased dream recall. The more deep and detailed the discussion, the better it influences a person's mindset towards the concept of Lucid Dreaming. To readers: I would surely give this small technique a try. It doesn't hurt to try right?

I'm always up for a talk related to sleeping and dreaming. It's hard to shut me up.

i find that i'm always talking about my dreams to friends and family. i find it really interesting hearing about theirs too.

everyone LOVES talking their dreams, they get visibly excited just remembering what the dream was like and telling the story.

Well, I've got this dream I'd like to share with you. We were doing some racing game, we had to toss a Minecraft dirt block against a white wall, and have it land next to it. Adalida (Or however you spell it) was the only other competitor I remember. She's a pal from school. She was very fast. After you tossed the Minecraft dirt block against the wall, you had to swim across a gigantic pool, that was easily over thirty feet deep. After a couple times, I started to get very tired, and drowned multiple times, then woke up. Make any sense to you guys?

I can't remember any of the dreams I had last night.
