Dreams - Telling the future

So it happened to me twice. The first time my dream is that i was hurted and laying on a street and i saw and angel. He came to me and took me with him. The day after this dream my mom told me that her grandmother died. I think that the angel has to do somethink with that.
The second dream was about skiing. I was skiing on a big iceberg with friends and some people falled of the iceberg becouse it was melting.The day after that in the morning mom told me that we are going with a friend-family to ski.

That was really strange.

Did anyone else see that the dreams sometimes can tell the future?
When does this happen?

Sometimes dreams just incorporate our thought and feelings from daytime. Is it possible you have overheard your mom talking about going skiing without really understanding what's going on at that time? Did you think about mom's gramma dying because of age or health issues, or was is in the back of your mind?

On the other hand - some dreams definitelly seem to show us future, or at least one of the possible scenarios, since everyday we make dozens of decisions, that shape our future. But the dreams with angels and such are quite common for people, who had just lost a loved one, even if they don't know it yet. Happy dreams

I posted in another thread about predicting the future with dreaming that it is scientifically impossible to accomplish such a feat.

The OP is not trying to predict the future. But sometimes, you get a dream, that fulfill itself later on. In some cases it reflects all the imput you get in life, wheather you are aware of that imput or not, and sometime it can have the info from somewhere else. There is no need to scientifically prove it, it just happens.

The really strange think is that I didnt have any idea that we are going on the mountains to ski. I didnt even think about ski... About my moms grandmother. I didnt think of her the days before my dream, and she had perfect health before that day. I think that this is somethink supernatural and cannot be explained with science.

Well... you seem to see more into this than you should. I don't see how you dying in a dream and an angel taking you is telling the future that your grandmother dies later... The only relevant thing is death, which is not a rare subject to dream about.

As for skiing, you probably heard about it before from someone, you just didn't pay attention...

It would surely be nice to tell the future, but all these "experiences" like this are either unbelievable or easily reasoned...
