      Reality Checks?

      Okay, here's my question, I was wondering what you guys do for reality checks and how long you take to do them. When I do them I take like a minute because I don't know if I will be able to tell if i am dreaming right away so I take my time. I also ask where I am, does this make sense. how did I get here. Ext.. Then I do the look at hand, finger through palm, breath with nose plugged and pinch.

      TL;DR: What do you do for reality checks and how long does it take you to do them? Mostly want to know how long it takes you to do the reality check. Thanks.

      Firstly when I still used to practise reality checks what I would do is finger through palm, followed by nose plug, then I would query as to why they didn't work, looking around my scene for abstract items and assesing them.
      Secondly I wan't to share a technique which works wonders if you can keep it up; Everytime you walk through a door think to yourself "I just walked through a door, I can feel myself passing through the open space, I am interacting with this object". I devloped this before I knew about ADA and it really compliments the reality checks.
