I think that's pretty common. Just like there are dreams where ten minutes seem to go by in seconds, some are just really freaking long. The way we perceive time isn't the same in dreams as it is in waking life. |

I remember my dream lasted about 30 minutes in waking life but when I was in dream, it felt it was all day long. Tell me what you think |

Ask Oreoboy1996, he had a dream that seemed to last decades, and he had kids and everything! |

Yeah, this happens to me pretty often. I think you perceive time differently in dreams. You don't pay attention to any of the little details of a day, you just skip to the main events which makes it seem like the dream is longer. |

As everyone else is saying, I think that's fairly common. Our time perception is whacked in dreams, so often dreams seem a lot longer than they really are. For example, this morning I woke up and then fell back asleep for what only felt like a couple of minutes. But then I realized about an hour had gone by, and also I remembered I'd had a dream that seemed like it was two or three hours long. It's weird, but normal. |
