I think I have restless leg syndrome because sometimes when I attempt to fall asleep, sometime they get that feeling and twitch a little, and it can be annoying at times, the feeling is around my hamstring and fleshy part of leg, it's not aching it sometimes just jolts around sometimes and twitches, the feeling in it feels like your disabled or something (I woulden't know that) is this RLS and will it affect lucid dreaming? |

A family member of mine has RLS and says taking aspirin before bed can help ease the symptoms. |

It should only affect lucid dreaming if you move your legs at night. Can you ask anyone if the symptoms persist while your asleep? |
