      Restless leg syndrome?

I think I have restless leg syndrome because sometimes when I attempt to fall asleep, sometime they get that feeling and twitch a little, and it can be annoying at times, the feeling is around my hamstring and fleshy part of leg, it's not aching it sometimes just jolts around sometimes and twitches, the feeling in it feels like your disabled or something (I woulden't know that) is this RLS and will it affect lucid dreaming?

      Symptoms:
RLS leads to sensations in the lower legs between the knee and ankle. The feeling makes you uncomfortable unless you move your legs.
      - Since yours is occuring in the hamstring area and not between the knee and ankle it may be something else (but I'm not a doctor).

      Signs and tests:
There is no specific test for restless leg syndrome.
      - Might be hard for anyone to diagnose ^

      Treatment:
There is no known cure for restless leg syndrome.
      - Not sure what you can do if it is RLS. Maybe check with your doctor.

A family member of mine has RLS and says taking aspirin before bed can help ease the symptoms.

It should only affect lucid dreaming if you move your legs at night. Can you ask anyone if the symptoms persist while your asleep?
